Dongguan WCON Hardware Electronics Co. Ltd is one of the subsidiaries of WCON Group. Our company was established in May 1999, specializing in precision board-to-board, wire-to-board connectors, solar photoelectric connectors, industrial terminal blocks and cable assemblies for computers and other peripheral devices. They are widely used in various types of consumer electronic appliances and in the telecommunications industry.
Having Skilled R&D and Management Team
After 16 years of rapid development, we now have two factories, Dongguan WCON Hardware Electronics Co., Ltd. and Kunshan WCON Electronics Co., Ltd. Since its foundation, our company has been sticking to the principle of specialization and has been trying its best to supply clients with items of high quality at competitive prices. We handle the development and design of metal and plastic molds, precision high-speed punch molding, precision plastic injection molding and automatic assembly operations, with the support of a skilled R&D and management team.
Employing 650 Staff
Our 13,000-square-meter factory has about 650 employees and is furnished with 40 precision molding equipment, 38 sets of 30 to 120T precision plastic injection machines from Taiwan and Japan, 16 precision high-speed punching machines from Japan and Taiwan, more than 450 types of plastic molds, over 200 hardware terminal molds, 30 laboratory testing equipment and qualified by UL directly, and over 130 machines for automatic assembly that can provide customers with over 10 series and 20,000 different specifications of connectors parts.
Meeting Different Certifications and Approvals
For your assurance, we have obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QC 080000 and ISO/TS 16949 certifications. Moreover, our 13 series products got UL, cUL and TuV approvals, and all are RoHS- and REACH-approved.
Exporting to Europe and the Americas
Handling import-export rights, up to 65% of our products are exported to Europe and the Americas.
